I am a mother of three, married to my husband for over 12 years, and I have had a career supporting people's growth and care for the last 25 years. My family and I moved to the Northern Rivers area 7 years ago, where I have been practicing as a private therapist since.

My career has spanned a variety of support roles, covering trauma, treatment for illicit substance use, mental health care, plant medicine integration and preparation, spiritual emergence, and youth work.

I have a firm foundation in traditional therapeutic modalities, with a master's in general psychotherapy and counselling, incorporating a range of integrative tools and modalities. I am also trained in transpersonal counselling, support for illicit substance and plant medicine use, as well as spiritual counselling modalities. My work is person-centred, trauma-informed, and draws from contemporary models of psychotherapy, such as polyvagal theory, attachment theory, internal family systems, art therapy, focusing, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
